Thirty minutes, five questions, a straight answer.
The call is free and exists to decide, not to sell. We ask five questions. Three 'no' answers out of five and we point you elsewhere, at no charge and with no follow-up.
The five questions of the call
Here is what we will ask during the call. If you answer no to three of them, the call serves no one, and the What we do not do page will tell you why in a minute.
- Is there an AI feature in production, or less than ten weeks from launch?
- Is there one person who decides, and who can commit the spend without going through a committee?
- Is there a date (launch, security questionnaire, regulatory deadline, due diligence)?
- Is read access to real data and logs possible within five days?
- Does the scope fit into one of the published services?
The form
Response time
A written answer from a person within one business day, Monday to Friday.
A message received after 4 pm, on a weekend or on a Quebec public holiday gets its answer the next business day.
If you have no answer after two business days, the message got lost: write again to [email protected], we will not take it badly.
Second published delay: a written estimate within two business days of the call.
How the estimate is builtWriting directly, without the form
You can also write directly to this address. Some technical buyers refuse forms on principle, and they are entitled to.
For a privacy question or to exercise a right over your personal information.
Response within 30 days.
A person writes the answer, during business hours. If you write on a Friday evening, it comes on Monday.
What we never ask for
What we do not ask you for: your phone number, your postal address, an attachment. And do not send us any document before a signed confidentiality agreement: no specification, no log export, no screenshot of production data.
