The five choices that make a banner pointless
The absence of a banner is not a shortcut taken at display time. It follows from five technical decisions made beforehand, each of them verifiable from the outside using the check described above.
Audience measurement
No audience measurement is deployed on this site to date. No tool counts your visits, no measurement cookie is set on your device, and no browsing data is passed to any third party. What follows describes the conditions a tool would have to meet before being added: the rule is published before the decision, not after.
- Tool and hosting
- No tool selected to date. The day one is added, this entry will name its publisher, its hosting country and the date the data processing agreement was signed, and the same row will appear in the subprocessor table on the Security and data page. The two change together or not at all.
- What the exemption would rest on
- Cookie-free audience measurement is exempt from consent when it meets eight cumulative conditions. As no tool is deployed, no eligibility record exists to date. One would be drawn up, dated and kept before any deployment, and sent on request to [email protected].
The only possible cookie, and its three conditions
If the scheduling service that is selected sets a session cookie strictly necessary to run the calendar you explicitly asked to open, that cookie is exempt from consent, and it is still documented in a named table on this page: publisher, cookie name, purpose, lifetime.
Three cumulative conditions, checked before signing
- The service loads nothing until the person has clicked to open the calendar.
- It sets no advertising, measurement or social network cookie, only, where applicable, a technical session cookie.
- Its hosting is documented and its data processing agreement is signed before the service is put online.
A service that fails any one of the three is ruled out before signing, not after. No service has been selected to date, and that is why the inventory is empty.
If a non-exempt tracker is ever added
This scenario is not planned. The procedure is written in advance so that it is not improvised on the day it would be needed, and it is published here so you can compare it with what you would then see on screen.
What protects this page
This page states a fact that can be verified in ten seconds. It becomes a lie on the day a script is added without it. Any addition of a tool to the site, whatever it is, a chat assistant, a review widget, a video hosted by a third party, a map, a remote font, goes through this section before being put in place, never after.
