1. What these terms cover, and what they do not
They cover your use of ludolith.com. They are not a services contract and they are not terms of sale. No engagement is sold from this site: every engagement is the subject of a separate signed contract, preceded by a written estimate. Minealyze and QuestFable have their own terms, on their own sites.
2. Language
The French version of these terms is the reference version and prevails. It is presented to you by default. The English version is reached by an explicit action on your part and is a courtesy translation. In case of divergence, the French text prevails.
3. What this site is
This site presents a service offering, a method, and measurements taken on products we publish ourselves. Published numbers carry the instrument that produced them and their denominator. They describe past measurements on a given scope. They are neither a promise of outcome nor a performance guarantee on your system.

4. What you may do, and what you may not
You may read, print, quote an excerpt if you state the source and link to the original page, and contact us through the form or by email.
You may not: reproduce a full page or a complete report without written agreement; scrape the content at a rate that degrades the service; attempt to reach a non-public area; use the form to send unsolicited commercial messages, unlawful content, or personal data belonging to a third party.
5. Availability
This site is a marketing site, not a service provided under contract. It may be unavailable for maintenance, incident or update, without notice and without compensation. No service level is promised for this site.
6. Links to third-party sites
Some links lead to external sources, in particular the cited statutes and the enterprise register. Those sites are not under our control and we are not answerable for their content.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability arising from the use of this site is limited to direct and foreseeable damage. Indirect damage, loss of profit, loss of data and reputational harm are excluded. No clause on this page limits a liability that cannot be limited at law, in particular in case of gross or intentional fault.
8. Personal information
The processing of your information is described in the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
9. Intended audience
This site is aimed at organizations and server operators, in a professional context. It is not aimed at players, nor at anyone under 16.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law applicable in the province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applying there. In case of dispute, the courts of the judicial district of Montreal have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules protecting consumers that cannot be set aside by contract.

These terms may change. Each version carries its update date. Previous versions remain available at the bottom of this page.
